3.2 Ownership: 1000grid.com retains ownership of the platform, including all grid positions, and reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

4. Fees and Refunds

4.1 One-Time Payment: Each grid rental requires a one-time payment that grants users access to the grid for a full year.

4.2 No Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided after a grid is rented, including for any unused portion of the rental period.
